About Me

Hi there My name is Tara. I live in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Southern British Columbia. 

I have been a full time artist for over 15 years and I have done it all. I started with stained glass which led to a very successful glass bead career. Unfortunately one day I just fell out of love with glass. I then moved into "painting" which is very broad with all the different mediums and areas of interest. I tried everything acrylic, watercolour, mixed media. Landscapes, florals. I tried to be hyperrealistic which is difficult if you can't really draw. Nothing felt quite right until I found lettering. I can proudly say I have found my "Thing".  DRAWING LETTERS! I am a lettering artist, and totally in love with letters and type, calligraphy and fonts.
